Terms of Use

Last updated May 4, 2026

These terms describe the basic rules for using RIQŌL IT. They are written to keep the product clear and honest for everyday use.

Using the app

You may use RIQŌL IT to record personal interaction notes, review patterns, prepare exports, and configure privacy features for your own lawful use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record, how you choose to interpret it, and when you choose to share it.

Service availability

Features may change, fail, or be removed as the product evolves.

You should not rely on the app as your only copy of an important record unless you have also exported or backed up what you need.

No emergency or professional service

RIQŌL IT is an informational recordkeeping tool. It does not provide legal advice, mental health care, medical advice, emergency response, or guaranteed monitoring.

If you need urgent help or emergency support, use local emergency resources or qualified professional support rather than relying on the app.

Privacy and device access

You are responsible for access to your device, the passcodes you set, and the people you choose to share records with.

Turning on privacy features can help reduce casual exposure, but no software privacy feature can promise perfect secrecy in every situation.

Exports, Safety Send, and backups

When you use Export, Safety Send, or Backend Sync, you are choosing to create or transmit records. You are responsible for reviewing what you send and where you send it.

If you share records with a trusted contact, email provider, SMS provider, cloud service, or backend service, those services may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Subscriptions

If paid subscriptions are offered, Apple billing rules and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement apply to subscription purchases made through the App Store.

Access is controlled by active subscription or purchase status and any applicable restoration rules provided by Apple and the app billing provider.

Changes

RIQŌL IT may update these terms over time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law.
